Dislikes

...ture, no personal life, no empathy for employees. They ask to work on weekend's. They don’t pay proper incentives.

Hi I'm a commerce graduate, got into IT via a data science course. I'm on a third party payroll working for a bank as a data quality engineer and my package was 3.8lpa fixed+variable. Recently as the financial year is coming to an end, my HR asked me to resign stating me to be incompetent and that the project was revoked from them. Did my research with the bank who I was working with and found that they are re-structuring and doing everything in house. My hr said no variable bonus will be paid as I've just completed 8 months and I needed to complete 1yr. How should I deal with this situation? Also I'm struggling to find a new job.... Any advise?
