Everything, no leave policy, you don't get any casual or sick leave, in one day of absence due to health or family issues they deducted salary, bosses behaviour is horrible, rude always talking shit from morning to evening you have to listen his nonsense talking, baised with one particular female employee, she's doing nothing but she's the one who is everything for him, if you have your self respect that is his main problem if you haven't any self respect and taking all his nonsense shit then you can be a good employee for him, he doesn't train anyone but expect business from the very 1st day, always being in a frastrated mood and very poor type of mentality regarding females............the worst boss even the worst person i have ever met in my life

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
