Good part is that only team mates were fine except a female coworker

...ike simple living room. One has to use/carry her own laptop for working purpose. there is no proper salary structure or leave policy i.e no work no pay.he will not train you at all but will expect business from very first day itself otherwise you have to listen to his useless talks.hence l would suggest noone to join that consultancy

Only the Timings are quiet good 9.30 AM to 6.30 Am Strict Timing. CO WORKRS are also very nice and cooperative.

This is not an office it's Simply a Residencial property where 5 to 8 ppl can accommodate Including the boss. All women staff works half of the Laptops are not working, the person who is leading this company is not a good person ,I have nver seen in my entire work life. He claims to be a Cost accountant and worked for 3 to 4 years in his core field and then he moved to Insurance sales.just imagine where a person claims to be a Cost accountant and after few years shifted to Insurance sales about 15 years he continued with that.later he thought of opening a company of hr services only recruit INSURANCE people. No proper guidance. He expect that once he will say all the details and expt sale A big no. To RBG HR services LLP
