It is a renowned company with diversified policies and procedures. Good pay structure and benefits.

Dislikes

The India team of this company is pathetic. Politics is everywhere. Don't expect appreciation for good work but always ready to criticism from all sides even for small errors. Current MD is unaware about administration and management and is arrogant.

Satisfied. Every care has been taken to ensure employee health and safety.

Dislikes

Compensation is on opportunity basis. The system is not built on the grounds of equal opportunity based compensation. Performance evaluation differs between businesses, teams and leadership, there are no common ground rules for evaluation.

Dislikes

The managers are not skilled. They should look at the outside technology to grow further. They promote people who don't work. They should recognise the right talent and promote the employee.

It is good only for those who are interested in hardware / electronics , not for strict software guys

Dislikes

Horrible work hours & the pressure created by micro management is terrible!, they use highly outdated tech stack, only seniors opinion (who are in company for more than 5 years) is considered as final even if its a terrible implementation.

Director for carrier division plays cheap politics, environment in his team does not suit for straightforward mindset people.

Carrier Director wants to take more responsibilities which is good for him. He does not have control on the team members so ultimately it does not matter how much individual resource contributed.
