I've been with Rays Power infra for 8 years, and it's been a truly rewarding experience. The company has a great work culture. The work life balance here is fantastic and flexible and the option to work from remotely have made it easier for me to balance my personal and professional life. A biggest challenge i've faced at Rays power infra is the lack of clear career progression, despite having worked here for over 8 years, i haven't received much feedback or guidance on how to advance within the company and i find it difficult to see a clear path forward.
