They are not supporting us in any way I have been layed off with 1000 + other employees. I was forcefully asked to resign and now I am getting just 25% of the salary..

The salary structure and growth rate was not up to the industry standards also the company ended up losing the best employees over a phone call by forcefully asking them to leave.

They are not supporting at all. Employees are paid only 50 % salary since april whatever level they are at.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high_quality products and has a global client base. As a result l get to travel abroad, especially to the us and Canada. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client,s location.mine is a us based client and they have some affices in toronto., Hence l got a B1 visa quickly. Another puls point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re- hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12_15 hours straight in a day as l have to attend client calls in the night. Mangers do not value an individuals, unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciations emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals. Also, there is no no - job training for expiration, hence senior folks like me have to guide them. Step-by- step, Wich is a pain sometimes.

Raymond as a place to work is great for the ones who are local or have family where they are working. Food quality, bus service and timings are so well managed which is achieved after years of hard-work and descipline.

Salary is the major issue. When the brand competes with other brands in terms of being bigger one, should also provide salary on the same fundamental. They give which is the least amount to be given to the person. For ex xyz company gives 4.25Lpa to GET here they will get 3.2Lpa. Holidays have sandwich rule which costs holidays to be used less and they keep on insisting to end EL which is not possible due to work cuz they wont allow in first quarter and during ear end everyone wants holiday so its an issue.
