...lockdown company decided to terminate the service of more than 1500 employees. They are not paying salary 100% to employees ...and deducting more than 50% salary .

Back-end jobs are fully secured including off role employees & company supports employee during tough times. Offers food and travelling expenses also when during month end.

Dislikes

...lay politics they have cartel in the company. they won't allow you to succeed. Two people are doing the same job but salary difference is very huge it's not bcoz of skills and bcoz how buttering you can do. If you want a safe job you can work here but no scope for any growth. You won't get promoted even when you are eligible your promotion is given to some other guys who is boss's chamcha.

Likes

Raymond as a place to work is great for the ones who are local or have family where they are working. Food quality, bus service and timings are so well managed which is achieved after years of hard-work and descipline.

Dislikes

Salary is the major issue. When the brand competes with other brands in terms of being bigger one, should also provide salary on the same fundamental. They give which is the least amount to be given to the person. For ex xyz company gives 4.25Lpa to GET here they will get 3.2Lpa. Holidays have sandwich rule which costs holidays to be used less and they keep on insisting to end EL which is not possible due to work cuz they wont allow in first quarter and during ear end everyone wants holiday so its an issue.

I was taking care of South zone in commercial finance team. My manager was very supportive & he always assign us new tasks & challenge us. The work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

...only for ppl working in HO. They never considered regional staffs for promotion. Pay is also average. Limitations in learning new things. Even if you try access will not be provided.

Nothing Becoz owner's behavior is not right

Because even after working full time, only 6500 salary is available. Even after this, if the leave is more than 2 days in a month, then also the salary will be deducted.
