I have started my journey in RaychemRPG as a SMT concept now I am the prompt as a Quality assurance team as a officer.

For the bottom level salary benefits is very less & Work satisfaction also decrease.

... environment good. Nobody pressurized you for work. Seniors are very supportive. Salary on time. There is lots of things for learning. Company policy are also good.

Dislikes

Increment & pay roll chances is very less. Canteen facility very bad. There is lot of politics in management means priorities only for underlings not to hard worker. Career growth poor. Need to improve testing apparatus quality.

Good place in case you don't want to grow in your career and kill time. If you are in HO you enjoy a great work life balance as there is no work. Laidback atmosphere, the terrace sees more people than the workstations. It's a travel and leisure company for OpCom (Average middle managers forum) who are branded as next level leaders. Work from home for HO folks as much they want. Other than few leaders who are regular in office most of them enjoy a work from anywhere taking advantage of flexibility.

Dislikes

... get promoted and cap their growth but in their own team they keep on promoting. They don't allow retention with salary correction but do that in their own teams. Promotions are announced before the closure of appraisal process with no logic, people long due for promotion are ignored but people who have not even completed the cycle are given double promotions. Below quality GMRs are hired and given preferential treatment over tenured staff just to keep the program running. Inexperienced Leaders are sent from group companies to divide and rule and create barriers between people, pollute the culture, Their job is only asking questions and not taking decisions. The leaders have no idea what's happening on the ground. ExCom keep asking teams to create successors but the same is not applicable to them. Poor quality of people are being hired at senior levels.

I joined Raychem RPG recently and had wonderful experience since last 6 month. Onboarding, managment support, work culture, salary, work life balance….i can say everything I felt very good as compared to my previous Japanese MNC company where I worked 13.5 years. I feeling very motivated and free to take any decisions about my department.

...a mistake. Management is flexible & easily accessible. Project oriented company. Good pay master. If company found potential in you they will accelerate your growth path.

Tamil & Marathi gang. Many incapable people sitting at the top of middle management. But overall good organization to work for.
