There is no any gyms to maintain heath, and no facility to team outing/tour package for employee who work best for company.

The Company need to closely monitor the various departments and ensure proper utilisation of manpower and resources with will lead to further client and employees satisfaction.

There was a time HR has done everything for employees and it became Asia’s best employer for the year 2013 and won the award as well. That point of time had a lot many things to be contributed, HR policy was perfect

Dislikes

Management has changed in year 2015 and there started the wrong time for all, company was loose many projects and started firing people, even now also situation is unstable and salary delays two months or more
