...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years wich you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The company gives you liberty to take decisions and to evaluate the results for yourself. It offers a great platform to learn and understand the market.

Dislikes

Has a biased culture. Work life balance is a challenge close to no work life balance. Backend operations is not as efficient as it use to be. The on field sales team is taken for granted and there is no sense of respect towards them.

Good Company and working structure HR team is very Supportive and The higher team also very co operative I have worked in this company almost 3 Years I will never forget the People who supported and all Guidance they have given to me .

Till the original owner was there product was good, later it became bad. Things were in control but post acqusition by Wingreens, it is useless.

Dislikes

High level of Politics in team. No timely variable release after Wingreens took over. Nobody listens to ground level feedback.

Well to be honest Raw Pressery Initial reason for failure is their rigid management. Where they do lot of wierd office politics. Indeed makes employees demotivate.

Well the higher level hierarchy. Where every single person hold too much of ego in their head. Which causes an unhappy environment amongst lower level team force.
