Property management was good and very supportive ,was intended for its development

corporate team was not great ,especially the last corporate Hr Mr AM Iyer who doesn't how to deal with people ,lot many top management staff were fired

The place is quiet beautiful and sometimes with no work. But they mostoy have insufficient staff and trainees which make it hard to work. And the lack proper equipment for working efficiently.

In my 7 years experience Raviz Ashtamudi is the best hotel which provided the no. 1 Food & Accommodation to their staffs. And the co workers are very much helpful and we can easily adjust with the work nature. And I have learned more things from Raviz. actually Raviz Ashtamudi is the best platform for learn more.

Its good to work anywhere even Raviz if ur passionate about what you do, but in Raviz, there is nothing called job security.. u can lose ur job any moment, for no reason at all, happens only in Raviz!!

There are so called corporate heads who are absolutely ignorant about the industry but still interfere in the operations and take decisions as per their whims and fancies and takes the owner on long rides...just for their own stability. Dont even peep in there.

I feel grateful to be a part of such an organisation. Company extend great support to those who wish to to develop their career not in CV's but in actual. How it shall be polishing place for those innovative ideas.

Hard work doesn't matter smart work matters. And it's a fact too
