Their is no any job security in this company.... Actually the job is secured but u don't knw when the company will make u to go... Legally in offer letter they will mention u as contract base.. not a permanent one.

Work culture is good, we can learn many basic things in this company about Toyota cars. Satish T N sir is very much supportive.

Dislikes

...hnician’s are not treated respectfully in this company. DHM is a waste fellow. Very much less salary 12k and we have to work even on Sunday. Shant Kumar JC should learn and come to respect technicians.

Worst management.. Specially the branch head in Avalahalli has no knowledge about the process.. Out 5i would like to rate him 0.5..His name is Satish.. If the management removes him then all the executives will get some chance to learn.. Yes Politics is heavy!!
