Working at RVDS is definitely a unique experience. Ravi is a highly ambitious leader who sets very high standards for himself and the team. This makes the environment demanding, but it also pushes you to grow and refine your skills. I have some seen some concerns raised in the reviews about the pressure and expectations. I don't think it's fair to view them in isolation. Ravi does have his share of challenges and they show up in bouts of anger, but honestly, it's not a one way street. The team has expressed concerns and there have been conversations regarding this and he has been nothing but open to feedback which I for one truly appreciate. For those who thrive in a creative and high-performing envirnoment, I definitely recommend the studio. It's a space that has given me a lot. We have access to everything. Site visits, workshop visits, client meetings. However, if you are someone who is looking for a cushioned job, does not enjoy responsilibility, working at RVDS will definitely feel challenging.

RVDS is a fast-moving design studio with a small, collaborative team where everyone has the chance to grown and showcase their potential. Ravi, the principal designer ensures projects run smoothly with his organized approach and clear processes, While some may find his methods challenging, it's his structure that drives success. Talent and hard work are always recognized, and with the right attitude, there are no limits to growth here. A great place for those who thrive in a dynamic, process-oriented environment.

The rudest and mannerless person ever , has no respect for employees

He hits his employees for small mistakes and even yells curse words at them. Would recommend to stay away from him and his negative aura.

everyone working there leaves there traumatised. he publically humiliates you for no reason, has fits of anger for absolutely no reason and hits abuses and breaks things during the ordeal, treats his employees who work day and night for him in the worst way possible giving zero respect, fires people left and right in the most traumatizing way possible (abuses, screams, and tells them to get the f out of there in front of the entire staff). He needs to be called out, he's an absolute menace to humanity. If you care about your mental health and self respect do not work here.
