...t your assignments in the best possible manner. This work environment is good. The salary structure will be according to your ability to handle responsibility. So if you are technically sound, then they will acknowledge that and give you the reward accordingly. Overall it will be a good learning experience working at Ravi Rajan & Co.

The founder is very understanding and extremely professional.

Dislikes

The partner I work under, is very unprofessional and tries to get personal in every small thing. If you dont reply positively, affect work, opportunities and promotion.
