Likes

Colleagues of the same level position are helpful. Travelling to various places for work.

Dislikes

Micromanagement by Managers and top level. No problem solving only pinpointing. Remunerations are delayed but PF payment is done on time to the labor department. Hiring candidates with no proper qualifications. Working hours are 24 hours no personal life.
