The boss shouts alot for no reason. Very few people in the office. Hygienic issues, no place to eat the lunch. The boss expects employees to do work of paying the electricity bill of office, water bills,etc. No leaves granted.

Likes

The learning curve in this company is excellent, especially for freshers. There is no management hierarchy at this firm. If one has any interesting ideas, they can share them directly with the Director. The Director will also ask you to take initiative and ask for your perspectives and ideas as well. In short, your ideas and your suggestions will be highly valued at this firm. And you get to learn a lot.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. The Director also yells a lot. Saturday is a working day.

The company is a startup, has various projects , no project amount is less than 50 crores , mandates is for a longer duration to offer in various sectors. So learning in terms of opening the deals till the closure of the deal lies in one hand , so you get to meet clients , directors, bankers involved with clients and many more respectable and recongizable personalities in the various industries. Hence , travelling to attend meetings to meet board of directors of various clients is itself a new learning for freshers. The best part is you are freely able to communicate to your directors of the company because there is no departments of hierachy, dedication and passion is what I find in the directors of Ravexim Muneris Private Limited which will motivate the employees. The amount of effort put in by the directors will surely make the company visible in the Mumbai finance market in next one year.The best learning is to learn and learn from an experienced personalities.

Dislikes

Every expectation of the employee will only stand true if the project gets completed. Since huge amount projects are handled , Larger duration of the projects is there, then in that case growth seems very slow.Startup as said so less than 5 employees and work pressure too high in all domains for one employee, handling projects, company compliances, accounting , in short most of the things. So , challenging task to complete everything.
