In this company two things are dislike 1st the date of salary release not fixed and 2nd punching time.

Company is good. But Management not good.

Dislikes

As a technical Engineer I have face so many problems related to equipments, vendor payments and epically if they give task to implement something .so they want immediately that work is done. They don't know how much time it taken if not done issue warning letter immediately. This is main dislike in mgmt.

Nicely.further providing separate transport and observing social distancing and sanitizing eachperson and goods coming and going and taking the precautions as per govt guidelines

I had a great time working there. I had my two senior executives who helped me to perform my duties. I had my night shifts too in which i had to handle the labour and supervise them. Very good work environment was there.

Dislikes

I disliked the communication problem, which was there in our HR department

Only thing which is required to improve, updations in each and every department is required to upgrade.

Dislikes

Now they start to implement good things and also current exposure of good documentation and technology is lacking.
