They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF) and despite reaching out multiple times they rarely respond to emails. When you call, they claim you haven't received approval yet. 5. No chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. Management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. It's a terrible company that won't help you grow and make your life miserable.
