Admin and Hr is the worst ,but department people are very good and corporative In this company if you are coming as a desk engineer it's ok but as a field engineer get ready to be a labour, As a desk engineer u have to face many challanges as there is no operator and The present operators are PAPs so they don't listen to you

1. Company working culture is not good. 2. Under company wenders employee not provided any kind of facilities. Like , washroom,rest room . 3. Contract side office area is very dirty and dust area.

Nothing have to like in this company, many many few people are good.

No ethical policy Many people have lack of experience but they are in heiher post. No skill development No welfare but they will charge you in salary

There's not as much work pressure and if you're looking for further studies you get sufficient time to prepare yourself for here.

The kind of growth one can expect isn't reflecting here and the work culture may disappoint newcomers.
