Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It's worst company to work, only lala ,* marwadi* culture, deducts 24 % p.f & gratuity also , shows 12 % only in pay slip & deducted bus money & half an hour daily over time for lunch or dinner timings & don't give full & final after resignation notice period also , hr is not cooperating.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
