The first thing I want to say is the facilities provided by the company. Comparing to others it facilitates with food, accommodation (a/c), laundry for coverall. Coming to the working culture, Fresher will experience some problem in the beginning.as time passes you will love the culture. Job is safe untill you want to leave.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike here is the management. Everyone in the crew or company behaves like a boss. But actually they has to be like a leader.
