Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Only one thing is there your job security, company will not leave you because company is not getting new employee.

Dislikes

No work culture, no proper management , salary will after 2-3 month later. Nothing good for carrier growth.

I recently Joined Ratnagiri Ceramics as Marketing Executive. After successful training I have completed my first marketing tour of South India with my Company Director and My Senior. Overall experience was very good and I learned a lot. Company Staff and Management are very nice and Cooperative.
