I am working with Ratnaafin from last 2 years in contact center department as a telecaller. I have seen Ratnaafin grow as an organization in last 2 years very significantly. The Management and Leadership is very humble, supportive and provide growth at 360-degree level to an individual. I have also got a chance earn more incentives after getting good direction and knowledge through my reporting manager Mr. Krunal Sharma. They understand you personal issues as well and help us to concentrate on both personal and professional aspects, hence the work life balance I have personally find pretty excellent at Ratnaafin.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
