Yes Ratna sagar have some good side also. They provide salary on time. This is the best part of this company. The director of this company is very humble person. He understand the problem of employees if he get positive notes from chief editor.finaly you get every pending dues from company when you leave this organisation. Thats it. This is how i like Ratna sagar.

All managing editors are big politician they prefer to gossip and smear the boss more than work. Also very unorganised project manager you found here. No any fix time to go back home its may be midnight sometimes. Chief editor is very rudely behave with employees. This is the good example of LALA company.

During the COVID work done smoothly and no Single deduction in salary. It was most important for me and my family which is done by Ratna Sagar, Even more than 30+ employees working in Ratna Sagar more than 25 years. Job security and work culture is very appreciated, less pressure and best incentives. I like Ratna Sagar books

No extra appraisals for good, experienced employees inspite of their quality work, give above average salary to new editors, no matter how terrible they are in their field, after 2018, got increment finally which is very low, new editors getting much higher package but their output is not worth it.

...identifying the right schools to pitch the product and the services were prompt. They gave us full salary during covid when many of the sales friends from other companies were asked to leave.

...especially when a curious mind like mine has a million questions upon joining. Another good part is that salary is on time... And yes unlimited tea :D Last, this is a 5 day working, so that's one of my favorites thing about here So ill tell you the bad parts too Work pressure is just too much....and sometimes deadlines are arduous... You do get scolded roughly at times They are a bit too stringent on the attendance timing...(will deduct if you exceed the punch in by a minute) The seating is a little too cramped.... But overall it's a good place to work and I would be happy if I get to go back again

Financial growth is sluggish and that's why unfortunately I had to leave
