The company is located in a residential area in Charni Road. Office ambience is zero. It is like sitting in a godown to work. Old systems to work on, only increases frustration. Systems are unsafe and no lock facility for PCs your data is easily accessible to all. Tacky work place with no proper arrangements to store office documents. Team is small and too comfortable within themselves and are not welcomming at all.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
