Pathetic Working Environment, Politics and devised in Groups although there are few people to work.. Personal relationship matters for the Management team. Bad Management special Sales

The Freedom to perform is excellent. Leaving apart the corporate politics, every this else is beyond expectations.

Dislikes

The Culture at RATIONAL India is very unhealthy. The corporate politics are too dirty as you move up in positions.

Rational gives you independence to work with your own ideas by following the process. During Covid 19 this company stands out far better and has taken care if employees very nicely. They have kept us motivated and some session of mindfulness is also going on. Company is doing all great efforts to keep the employees engaged and have shown us way that how can we stay connected with clients and support them during tangos Covid period

Dislikes

Work pressure is only on sales, less accountability to back office team. The new team members should be chosen after discussion with the future leaders. Cause might be the future leaders has better ideas.

Good company at the corporate level in Germamy.

Dislikes

Inability of HR,Legal etc to undertand local cultures outside Germany. Overall poor HR. Tendencies to carry on with inefficient people on the name of being employee friendly.
