Its a sadak chaap company where you will be treated like a daily wage worker. Employees are the backbone of the organisation this shop shoul learn how to treat employees better so that they enjoy working. I have spent 2 months in this copy. When I left this company I was little sad as I was unemployed but now after 8 months I feel its was one pf the best decision of my life. Don't join you will spoil your time and confidence here. Thanks 1.) you can not use phone in office even if you are free, you can not talk, you can not laugh 2.) Sat is working because owner thinks he has purchased you for few thousands. 3.) Leaders think they are next to Elon Musk especially Mr Manish who thinks he is great because he has humiliated his juniors in front of girls. He counts the number of people he has successfully expelled from the company indirectly.

Likes

I personally liked the over all environment. There are so much of learning curve for good team members. The team member who are ready to learn and would like to reach on to certain level, this is right place; else better to go to other company. The Team members get an opportunity to directly interact with clients. The Company make them capable to take lead role in their respective projects.

Dislikes

The company can not tolerate any non-performing team members. The company give good chance to learn; however at certain point, we need to take decision after setting on round table.
