In-equitable distribution of work is my experience. If you are result-oriented , you have to sweat,particularly when your team is not giving full support. Regional favouritism is under-current.

The Company is a leading manufacturer of Chemicals and Fertilizer in the country. Diversification, revamping, energy management is the moto, 3R's Reduce, Reuse and Rlecycle, are the guiding principles.

Sometimes work load is too demanding. Compensation package not the best in the sector. Increment, interviews and promotions are rule bound.

No vision of DGM, delegation of power is almost nill, no new skill or profile given for development. No change in job profile for years if u don't have any good contact up their.
