Disgusting behavior of HR,Security every non tech staff they thought they are the owner of the company,Safety is big Zero,For helper and ground level staff safety is zero no insurance they will vanice the body,also pollution level is high they damage kgp as well as jhargram

It's a growing company. Job security is ok. Learning environment is good but you gotta learn all by yourself.

Dislikes

The management don't care about their employees. Salary is poor for entry to medium level but salary is concentrated between few people in the organisation. Appraisal is very poor. Huge harrassment by management to their junior.

Compensation is very poor and groth also slow. The work pressure is very high. In between sometimes, I have to work 16 hours in a day.

No pros at all. Completely unorganized. Anytime punch block or suspension or sacking. Without any reason transfer anytime. No paid leave. All old HR people left. New Hr are puppet. Leave not allowed. Better to be unemployed rather than this company.

Dislikes

After full month of work, salary cut or hold even for 10 days are very normal here. No fixed salary and salary date. Forget your family life. No appraisal. Everywhere politics and slang languages. Horrible culture. Join completely at your own risk. Better to be unemployed rather than in this company
