No proper work guidelines No on time salary every month gets after 15th. Corrupt people CEO sir Mr. Sunil surrounding people doing Bajana… He ready to do anything but no proper capable staff . It's a growing company. Job security is ok. Learning environment is good but you gotta learn all by yourself.

The management don't care about their employees. Salary is poor for entry to medium level but salary is concentrated between few people in the organisation. Appraisal is very poor. Huge harrassment by management to their junior.
