Good work environment and culture. Our every emplyee are very helpful and suppotivre. Whole management is transparent. They gave us good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing at all. All key people of Rashmi Metaliks limited 6 and it's related people in the management are worst specifically talking about RML6 CEO(sunil Patwari and his obedient management people) with no sense of maintaining patience and doing the root cause and people over there are looting rashmi because the company lacks basic process optimization.

... with utter nonsense way of dealing with company processes and team management. No salary on time, anytime they will block your credentials with no reason and recently they fired few GET without any specific reasons. Anu Sharma: A man full of shit who don't know at all what he is doing in the company, the best thing he is capable of "chaatna". It's not safe for girls at all who are working under Anu sharma. Kinjal Desai: She is the only one with brain in the company and make decisions on the basis of data. At last, I would highly recommend not to join because no salary on time, can get fired at any point of time, all key management people are indecisive and their logic works in the wrong way. No work life balance, Their is no respect for designated person. At last this company doest not have any process at all. Don't join if they throw max money in your pocket and don't bring your family as well in kharagpur. Verbal abuse is very common and if we put sustainable solutions infront of them, they just start abusing people, I thinks that is that they can do better. At last these people(Key management of RML6) Is incompetent to try for jobs in real market as these people are working as parasite in the company and they know "licking" very well and how to loot the company by enjoying their backwardness in data management and it's basic operations. Again don't join, it's name is not good in the market. Don't join at all

No pros at all. Completely unorganized. Anytime punch block or suspension or sacking. Without any reason transfer anytime. No paid leave. All old HR people left. New Hr are puppet. Leave not allowed. Better to be unemployed rather than this company.

After full month of work, salary cut or hold even for 10 days are very normal here. No fixed salary and salary date. Forget your family life. No appraisal. Everywhere politics and slang languages. Horrible culture. Join completely at your own risk. Better to be unemployed rather than in this company

False commitment from your bos( from chumtiya boss) Salary deduction any time Its a prison lite version Salary will be credited 2 mnth later as there is no fix date if company if going in loss( according to those jhamdu chaplus chaman) then no salary

There is nothing to like... Worst management and CEO. CEO acts like hooligan. Always attendance face punch system gets blocked and salary not on time...salary gets delayed by month.
