...es for no reason. Sometimes they say that we are in loss so can't pay you money. Many person has left the job without taking salary of 2-3 months as they are not willing to pay the salary. Please don't do the same mistake which many people has done of joining this waste company. These people gives a huge hike and brings people from good industries including MNC's and then they stop paying you. It's a request, don't join here. 2.HR's are useless and incompetent. They only know how to lie to people during joining 3. Company food is worst of its kind and no food outside in the vicinity. 4. People are suffering so much that everyone is keeping CV's ready so that they leave without even thinking once they get the opportunity.

...ime anyone's gate pass can be seized if anyone (close to seniors) spread rumors. Knowledgeable person is compared with false certificate holder person with much salary.If any casualty happens, company does not help with any cent. NOW YOU DECIDE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY CULTURE IS THIS...

Nothing to like this company. All is to dislike. I have written in what you like portion.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Company doesn't provided other faculty like accommodation transpotation. Fooding quality is not good in canteen.

Likes

It's a growing company. Job security is ok. Learning environment is good but you gotta learn all by yourself.

Dislikes

The management don't care about their employees. Salary is poor for entry to medium level but salary is concentrated between few people in the organisation. Appraisal is very poor. Huge harrassment by management to their junior.
