I am neither getting my employee ID nor my salary after working one and half month in this company. Think twice before joining this type of company. Also RML6 is a very remote place, very difficult for those who are coming from Kolkata.

...ding and canteen system is worst. 3.working culture is not good. 4.No safety. 5.Salary is not paid in time (Every month) And etc etc....

1. Salary is not in time.. 2. No job security. 3. You must consider yourself as a slave of the owner. 4. You will not receive last month salary and release letter after your resignation.

No pros at all. Completely unorganized. Anytime punch block or suspension or sacking. Without any reason transfer anytime. No paid leave. All old HR people left. New Hr are puppet. Leave not allowed. Better to be unemployed rather than this company.

After full month of work, salary cut or hold even for 10 days are very normal here. No fixed salary and salary date. Forget your family life. No appraisal. Everywhere politics and slang languages. Horrible culture. Join completely at your own risk. Better to be unemployed rather than in this company
