...es for no reason. Sometimes they say that we are in loss so can't pay you money. Many person has left the job without taking salary of 2-3 months as they are not willing to pay the salary. Please don't do the same mistake which many people has done of joining this waste company. These people gives a huge hike and brings people from good industries including MNC's and then they stop paying you. It's a request, don't join here. 2.HR's are useless and incompetent. They only know how to lie to people during joining 3. Company food is worst of its kind and no food outside in the vicinity. 4. People are suffering so much that everyone is keeping CV's ready so that they leave without even thinking once they get the opportunity.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Company doesn't provided other faculty like accommodation transpotation. Fooding quality is not good in canteen.

... middle and senior level got stuck on company upto 9pm - horrible marwari trick. Salary - 50% on envelope remaining on account, salary after 12th - 17th of every month. Owners can saag anyone at anytime. Group are ruled by biharies - Sr. Sinha, Jr. Sinha, Jha - 1,2,3, Pandey... Etc. No fixed increment or salary. One more thing - if any employee die on workplace, they remove all the data from company profile and shows there was no employee by such name.

This is an absolutely horrible company. Owner is terrorising people, randomly sack employees, don't pay committed CTC, deduct salary at his will. Employee turn over is very high. No one is satisfied working here. Most important part is if anyone is leaving all other existing employees feel safe that at least for few days their job is secured. Therefore all the time employees are fighting with each other. I have never seen this kind of terrible organizatuon in my professional carrer of + 28 years. Happy to leave this organization. They get people because of job market crisis. Suggest everyone not to join unless you are jobless.
