No pros at all. Completely unorganized. Anytime punch block or suspension or sacking. Without any reason transfer anytime. No paid leave. All old HR people left. New Hr are puppet. Leave not allowed. Better to be unemployed rather than this company.

After full month of work, salary cut or hold even for 10 days are very normal here. No fixed salary and salary date. Forget your family life. No appraisal. Everywhere politics and slang languages.
