Only two things I like working at RSA: 1. Nice and humble Teammates and other Colleagues. They are very helpful 2. Work environment is excellent, you will get to learn many things here.

Dislikes

I will be Brutally honest about this: 1. There is no appraisal for your Work and time you give to them. There is no extra pay for overtime, no conveyance, But if you take a leave for one day or a half day in a month, they will cut it from your salary. 2. There is no mutual understanding between Partners. 3. One of the partner is a CA and capable to understand many things but he will not act as a mature person. He will only see his benefit in every manner, and does not care about his employees or CAs. "jab tak apna kam ho raha he sab thik he, bad me tu kon or Me kon", This is the motto of his life. #selfishperson 4. You will face many problems while Resigning from that Place, eg. you have to remind them many times for your pending last month salary and they make sure to insult you on your last day. 5. There is no sick leave. you will get any leave with pay cut.
