...anagement. They do not provide the drinking water for staffs even while on duty. You have to pay for it. There never provide any refreshments. No tea, coffe or snacks. They provide pant for uniform with no pocket. They think that if they allow pants with pockets then staffs may steal money from the cash box and keep in it. I have been many companies but never ever seen management having such a worst and dirty thinking. all are the honest feedback with no single word which is false.

Above all company managament see the sales staffs as a thief or roober. They never trust the staff for a single penny. Staffs always have to declare the cash on declaration sheet which he carry on his purse or pocket when he enter the shop. Whenever the management auditor visits stores he always at first check the staffs money purse or pocket. If he find any mismatch with the declared on the sheet then he will react as if you are a thief and make it a big issue and will note it down and after two or three days you will receive a long mail from management with warning. Company even doesn't provide the drinking water for staffs or tea or snacks. You have to buy all of your own. Very rough and un-professional approach of all the persons from management.

Management is not good. The management gives you responsibility but they does not gives the salary. For example today you are a salesman tomorrow the manager gives u the responsibilty to handle the shop in same salary.

It's a very hopless company the manager mr . Nadeem is very partial and the area manager mr. Zaheer khot is one of the hopless person womanising n robber . And no increment frm past 4 yrs . Plz dnt join ths company staff is most uneducated n no manners .

Al Rasasi perfume was a good platform for as I was a fresher in gulf and I enjoyed the Rasasi team work an environment and stuff supported as well ,not a work load presher work .

I like Rasasi perfume but step by step every people want better in coming time there for will have change the job for better in future .
