...t growth rapidly but there are no benefits if you stay too long in this company. As you no employee biggest motivation is his salary and in this company you will not get salary benefits overall it is good for freshers or the people who are at higher posts.

Rasandik is a very good company to grow as an engineer because u will learn to guide and manage people working under you and you will come to learn very important and basic things which are essential for an engineer. But here you will not stay satisfied for a long term because the pay package is very low for freshers and experienced ones , and there is no procedure for increments and bonuses. There are many seniors who do not support or help new joinees and almost every person working under you will try not to follow your commands. But still this company has a very good status in market and if you are a person who always wants to explore and learn new things and you are eager to grab that knowledge then this company is a very good platform , just not for ones who are sentimental and sensitive as it requires a very bold person to stand in an automobile industry . Well the departments like design and development is very good and the staff there is very co-operative , they will never say no if you ask them anything about the work and the key essentials . Well at the last i would suggest every one to take your decisions carefully.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
