I left within one week of joining cause of their work culture, they expected me to work Sunday's but earlier this was not mentioned to me, what was mentioned was 6 days a week. Do not believe any positive reviews here, they have had people feed positive reviews on the same day if you see. You can contact any past employee to know their genuine reason for leaving and you will get your answer.

Products are really good. The brand could make really good promise.

Dislikes

Very bad leadership. Not employee friendly. Vision not clear and disrespectful conduct. Inexperienced in terms of dealing with employees from other or bigger organisations. Based out of Raipur, which is definitely not suitable to work out of and office location and environment isn’t most favourable.

Likes

The only likes is the exposure to new things as it is a startup with good spend budget allowance.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic. Too much micro management. The founder's behaviour is unacceptable. They call you with false promises when they do not even have a basic faculty like accomodation sorted on their end.
