The management is Completely biased towards certain people. HARD discrimination to some people. So if you among the favor people stay.

Excellent startup to work with. The team is very chill but going in the right direction with a mission to make the cloud work for business and a recognised entity for major cloud OEM like AWS, Azure etc. Proud to be a RapyDear.

A little unorganised but can easily get adjusted to the culture and take the flight. A bit more team outings and activities could help.
