Dislikes

There is a favouritism from upper management and nothing based on your performance and the efforts you are putting. Very toxic and biased behaviour towards the team and very ethical behaviour from the seniors.

To be honest there was nothing to like about the company.

The company culture was not good at all, and they just hire interns to complete their task and after completing their work they just kick off the employees. the management is too poor.

Appraisal not good depends on ki app chamcha giri kitna karte ho usake hisab se salary increment hota hai Chahe kitna bhi kam kar lo koi farak nhi padega but chamcha giri karo aur koi kam karne ki jarurat nhi hai kuchh log to attendance lagane ate hai

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
