Highest level of politics in Technical operations, old vs new employee struggles, old company not willing to accept changes, no job security, arrogance n ignorance of management, one man show , dictatorial toxic work culture created by head of operations, compensation not commensurate with job responsibility, employees treated as servants, its a nightmare to work here

There used to be salry on time, but as of now, even OT is not being credited. This is factory going as low as possible.

Dislikes

No canteen, Long Travel, Compulsory OT/double shift, 100% manual operations, sometimes no water in toilets.. its pathetic. In short, Lala factory with big MNC type name to lure people. On average, 1 person resigns every month due to terrible/toxic working conditions. 8 people resigned within 6 months in 2024. Beware.

Worst management and worst HR policies no overtime below 4 hrs if you want compensation you have to stay 4hrs after that you will get OT no breakfast and lunch facility unless and until you have to fill request form to HR

Dislikes

Horrible company. Politics oriented company. They use filthy language and abuses Manager cader. Company will not do the settlement. All the power are given to ZSM who is cheap character person. No appraisal, no job security.

Job security is actually missing, company does not give growth over salary, promotion is hard to come only salary is good ie they payoff good for lateral entries.

Dislikes

Company does not have strategies niether they listen to good ideas, not at all open to new ideas and concepts very rigid and dogmatic in nature
