The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of purchase.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Sometimes work pressure was high. Managers do not value and individuals unique strength.

Skills can be improved, learning to work at tough situation and team mates, colleague are good.

Dislikes

Work culture & environment is not up to expectations, top management doesn't worry about employees & no benefit to any one. Increments given only on face value not on performance.

Not very much to like about, but this company has a potential to help you to sustain as a stop gap arrangement.

Dislikes

An owner driven company, so everyone has to please him, system culture not really developed. Any small mistake and you are gone without any consideration.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
