Not having good management not trust on their good and worthy employees disappointed always that's why from 28 years they make only one lcz brand which is also de-growing day by day too much unethical sales is running now a days.

Best organization for Freshers. Take 6 Month experience and then move towards for better opportunity. Nothing to like rather than this.

Very Less salary, No Career growth, Full of politics by Old college, Aim less Management, No Future plans, Only Dictatorship,

This company is useless. I can never suggest Rapross to anyone. They cut the salary and expenses every month. Not good for future...

They cut the salary every time. They believe in cost cutting. They are the dictators.

No reputation of first line manager in company. In Punjab main division ZSM is very unethical person. He doesn't know how to treat people. Company owners are good persons. No benefits like family health insurance.

Company offers low salary but expect you to work like superman as there is very low equity of company in market.

Culture is like that you will loose confidence, no job security, fear prevails. Just you have to say yes to the management. Directors don't care about employees they only want to fill their pockets. Directors talk about irrational things which you can't say in front of them so don't waste your precious time in this company (even you can call it a shop)
