No reputation of first line manager in company. In Punjab main division ZSM is very unethical person. He doesn't know how to treat people. Company owners are good persons. No benefits like family health insurance.

Best organization for Freshers. Take 6 Month experience and then move towards for better opportunity. Nothing to like rather than this.

This company is useless. I can never suggest Rapross to anyone. They cut the salary and expenses every month. Not good for future...

Culture is like that you will loose confidence, no job security, fear prevails. Just you have to say yes to the management. Directors don't care about employees they only want to fill their pockets. Directors talk about irrational things which you can't say in front of them so don't waste your precious time in this company (even you can call it a shop)

Excellent Working Culture, Everything based on Secondary Sales and daily efforts. Awesome mobile app for all basic field force which avoid time waste on Cyber Cafe. This is an Organisation for all people who wants to work hard, enjoy Quality of life and Work Life Balance as well.
