The company is readily adopts latest technology. I get to travel Middle east . But On-site is completely depends on the Project. Working culture and colleagues are really good. As a fresher i have join the company, from day one to till now, I have learnt so many from the team and co workers. RVS has been conducting many learning session, where we are equipped with latest technology and latest topics.

Dislikes

Salary hike compared to other MNC, its very good. Your hard work is not payed off well. Project time line is very less. We need to work weekend or over night to complete the project.

We do have a lot of opportunities and learning environment in RapidValue. We also have many cultural activities happening. Yhe management completely supports taking new certifications and do all the help we need. Totally Its a great place to work.

It is a company with a very competitive nature. A company with good mentors at the Leadership level and a a nice place to nurture in career wise as well as we can enjoy a health work-life pattern.

Dislikes

More amount of hands-on training sessions could have been provided in technologies -especially Cloud Solutions like Azure, GCP or AWS etc and empower employees to acquire good technical certifications

Got opportunity to work with good colleagues who were new in the industry and were full of energy.

Dislikes

Had to work with horrible managers who demotivates and questions our self esteem. Never had work life balance. All of a sudden we were asked to work on new technologies without any training or technical support. Had a very horrible experience.
