All the epmloyers there were very good. And the best part there was that all engineers were considered equal. And when the problem come,an attempt was made to solve the problem immediately.

Spare parts for client available in time.

...yees, Managers, HR and other officials doesn't support to technical engineers. My last month (March month) SALARY, EXPERIENCE LETTER AND GRATUITY IS DUE from APRIL 2022. I switched company with worst experience. This is also happened with my colleagues when they leave company.

Overall, this company fails to provide a supportive work environment. 2. Poor Employee Treatment: This company does not prioritize its employees' well-being. Workers are frequently subjected to undue pressure and mistreatment by managers and team leaders. Despite being assigned to long-distance sites daily, travel claims are not processed on time. Salaries are low, and the overall management is inefficient. The lack of concern for employees' health and fair compensation makes this company one of the worst in the IT services sector. 3. Lack of Employee Support: The management and leadership in this company are highly unprofessional, leading to a work culture that negatively impacts employees' mental health. Travel reimbursements are delayed, and employees are sent to far-off sites daily without proper support. The company does not offer competitive salaries, nor does it care about employees' well-being. Working here is stressful, making it an undesirable choice in the IT services industry. 4. They give value for only and they don't think engineers growth and salary of any Engineer join as feild engineer they provide first slary package after that they do not add other compensation and engineers will take starting salary after two years otherwise work place and communication is good

Dislikes

The first number of things we don't like working there, we get sent out Continuous out of city. And the convention is not available in the monthly due to which a lot of trouble has to be faced.And it is not even given in one go, it is given in three times which is very difficult for a new boy to travel.
