Since it's a small company, transparency is there between management and employees

Dislikes

Zero job security. No recreation or fun space. No flexible timings. 50% pay cuts were given during the pandemic and expected to work harder than ever. The management runs the office as if it is their home. There is no reliability with the projects. When there is work you have the job otherwise you are forced to learn different technology and move to other project. This happened to me and now I'm jack of all trades but master of none

Likes

Good product and sufficient learning opportunities. Flexible timing. Opportunities to work with people from 4 different countries.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance. Company depends a lot on single client. Many layoffs in the past. Everyone in the company are constantly in a pressure environment which is not healthy. Few of the team leads, managers and senior colleagues are rude in their behaviour.

Likes

Great place to work if you wana learn and work on new technologies. Good amount of foreign project exposure with great team leads. Though the management presses hard on work timings and other company cultures. You might not find the work culture flexible, which sometimes becomes a problem. Over all experience is great and work is pretty good.

Dislikes

Work culture and non flexible timings plus no work from home available. Plus sometimes it's very hard for freshers to prove thier worth.
