Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

It's the worst career experience you could ever have. - No opportunities - No salary as per your skills or market standards. They will always give you false commitments and underpay you. - Not even timely payment (I can't even say that, because they delay salaries for 3-4 months without guaranteeing when you will receive your payment). - They have not even paid PF for the employees and didn't provide Form 16 either. None of the employees were able to file their ITR this year. - Excessive Micromanagement - No job security. They can fire you whenever they like. - Work culture is pathetic - No long-term, or short-term plans. Their plans change every day, I think based on their mood.

Dislikes

everything they have made the environment worse than a mental asylum and credit goes to anup koppad, arun paliwal, both the barnwals, thakkad and all others whosoever is saying yes to them.
