Some colleagues are good and if you get into a service based project then you will have some opportunity to grow if the client is good.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Very bad work culture, micromanagement, no proper career growth or appraisals. The politics in the company runs from the top management with them having favorites, etc. Also, note that you should not give any feedback to improve the company it will backfire. The washrooms are never cleaned properly. I worked in rBA for 2.8 years and the washroom situation has never improved. They fired my friends since I and one of my friend left the company at the same time - they thought they my friends would look for other opportunities and it is better to fire them beforehand(I guess they were right about that, my friends were actually looking for other opportunities, but I think they could have handled that situation in a better manner). Overall the company is bound to die. Do not join this company!
